The Distillers Experience at Bimber Distillery
Spend a day at Bimber Distillery in London, learning the art of whisky making. You’ll learn how to operate the equipment and distil single malt. You’ll experience the whole process from mixing the initial ingredients (if you’re feeling energetic you can get involved in mashing!), through fermenting, distilling, maturation, cask filling, aging and instrumentation. At the end of your day, you’ll even take home a 70cl bottle of spirit or 5cl bottles of the whole range.
