3 Hour Artisan Cheese Making Class at The Smart School of Cookery

Ever fancied creating your cheese from scratch? If so, head to The Smart School of Cookery for this fascinating and informative artisan cheese-making class. This 3-hour session will see you and your group creating a range of different cheeses from a selection including mozzarella, ricotta, soft cheese with chives and chilli, goats cheese and paneer. You’ll also learn the theory of making hard cheeses – the next step in your cheese-making journey. At the end of the session you’ll get to sample the fruits of your labours, tucking into the cheese you’ve made alongside a range of home-made chutneys, fresh breads made using whey, and some of the school founder Ann’s own range of oil, salt and vinegar products.
